Absolutely incredible work 5/8/26! I experienced a chip in my windshield (1/2 dime size) while driving on the highway 5/6/26 and made an in shop appointment. Upon arriving a few min ahead of my appointment time, I was able to get checked in early. A technician took a look at the chip and explained the process for fixing the chip, being sure to mention the chip could spread while being repaired due to the amount of pressure applied during the appointment. I was serviced in about 30 min and had to have a technician point out where the repair took place because I couldn’t see any alteration in my windshield!! Great service, friendly technicians, clean waiting area.

Dawson was helpful in explaining the whole process, I got a good deal and paid when I dropped the car off in the morning, then I picked it up right before they closed. Super easy and nice to work with.

This is based on my experience with the receptionist, Darrin. He was super kind and understanding, took the time to explain the process to me and even pointed out nicks and another small crack I did not see when I purchased my vehicle. I appreciated his time. As for the work, I will update if the crack gets bigger. It was filled with resin and I'm not sure how long this will hold.

Excellent experience at Safelite shop. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. The technician Darren was the one who assisted me, and he was extremely kind and professional. He carefully inspected my Lucid Sapphire after a rock caused a chip in the windshield. He explained everything clearly and assured me the repair could be done. The final result was amazing. The repair was extremely well done and almost impossible to notice now. What looked like a significant chip before is now barely visible. I’m very pleased with the service and truly appreciate Darren’s professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for the excellent work!

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions. At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass? • Why has this taken three weeks? • When will this be fixed — if ever?
